(CHK) With a beautiful design and cheap configuration, the performance can be very promising Vivo Y02s will promise to be a worthy competitor of Nokia C21 Plus.
vivo is preparing to launch a new low-cost smartphone in the market called Vivo Y02s. Last week, the Y02s was spotted on the FCC certification website and now the device has appeared on vivo’s global website.
Vivo Y02s made a brief appearance on Vivo’s website earlier today, revealing its key specifications. Although it was taken down, the technology world still managed to fully grasp the information about it.
Specifically, vivo Y02S will use a 6.51-inch HD+ IPS LCD display with waterdrop notch, HD+ resolution and 60Hz refresh rate. It has a flat polycarbonate back and flat edges with curved tips for a comfortable grip.
vivo Y02s has a MediaTek Helio P35 chipset with 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage. The battery of the device has a capacity of 5,000mAh and supports 10W charging via the USB Type-C port. Overall it is quite similar to the newly launched Nokia C21 Plus but has a more powerful chip in theory. Nokia C21 Plus uses a rather old Unisoc SC9863A chip.
vivo claims that the phone can provide up to 18 hours of HD video streaming, 7 hours of gaming or 22 hours of music playback. As expected from a mid-range device, it retains the 3.5mm audio jack.
As for the camera module, it has two circular cutouts, one of which has an 8-megapixel main sensor while the other has an LED flash. On the front, the smartphone brings a 5-megapixel sensor for selfies and video calls.
In addition, the listing has also revealed the color variants of the device – Fluorite Black and Vibrant Blue. However, its exact launch date and pricing are yet to be finalized.
