Specifically, VinFast has increased the genuine warranty period for all car models to 10 years, deployed more convenient services such as mobile repair (Mobile Service), expanded the network of service workshops nationwide. , and prepare 1.5 times more components than market practice, ensuring service for repair and maintenance until the end of the vehicle’s life cycle. Customers who own VinFast petrol cars can also easily convert to electric cars and receive an additional support of VND 30 million through the VinFast Customer Care program.

Currently, VinFast is promoting the construction of a system of 150,000 electric car and motorbike charging ports nationwide in 2022, thereby completing the green mobility ecosystem in Vietnam.
