Recently, Xiaomi launched Redmi 10A in India in April. Just three months after its release, the device has a new version in the country called Redmi 10A Sport.
Previous Sport-branded smartphones like Redmi 9A Sport and Redmi 9i Sport only brought cosmetic changes. Meanwhile, the new Redmi 10A Sport brings a small upgrade over the original Redmi 10A.

Redmi 10A Sport is exactly like Redmi 10A but with more RAM. It comes with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. While the original Redmi 10A comes in 3GB + 32GB and 4GB + 64GB memory configurations.
The device is built around a 6.53-inch LCD (LCD) display with a resolution of 1600 x 720 pixels (HD+) and a waterdrop notch. The panel has a contrast ratio of 1500:1, an aspect ratio of 20:9, and a maximum brightness level of 400 nits. It covers 70% of the NTSC color gamut and supports TÜV Rheinland Certified Reading Mode.
The phone is powered by Mediatek Helio G25 chipset. It boots MIUI 12.5 based on Android 11. It offers connectivity options, such as dual SIM, 4G, single-band WiFi, Bluetooth 5.0, GNSS, and a MicroUSB port.
Other features of the phone include a 13MP rear camera, a 5MP front camera, a 3.5mm headphone jack, a dedicated MicroSD card slot, a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor, and a single speaker at the bottom.
